Published by Sternberg Press, CAC Brétigny and Work Method, the treatise Project Phalanstère at CAC Brétigny  or “Of museum orgy or mixed omnigamy in composite and harmonic order” traces the architectural program carried out by par Pierre Bal-Blanc at CAC Brétigny from 2003 to 2014. The publishers would like to note that Maurizio Cattelan’s Sans titre (1997), Xavier Veilhan’s Le Feu (1996), and Atelier van Lieshout’s Annexe (2000) and Banque d’accueil (2000), which figure in the present work, were produced before the Phalanstère project was put in place.
